Gatorade Drink

I’m LOVING this diy gatorade recipe. So refreshing and delicious!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups coconut water

1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

1 cup roselle hibiscus tea

1 tablespoon raw honey, maple syrup or date sauce - optional

Pinch of sea salt - optional

Ice

Directions:

Start by preparing your hibiscus tea. You can use a teabag or the dried hibiscus flowers.

While your tea is still hot, add your preferred sweetener and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool, then refrigerate until well chilled.

In a glass, mix coconut water, grapefruit juice and salt, next add the ice.

Slowly pour 1/3 cup of the chilled hibiscus tea as the top layer. Enjoy!
