Flower essences are different than the other herbal preparations talked about here on this site.
Different as in with the other herbal preparations we are using the medicinal properties. With flower essences, we are using the essence of the flower. The vibrational imprint. It's unseen energy.
This type of healing is for the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of you, which affects your physical well being too. It all ties in together.
When we hold onto a negative experience, something that happened to one in their past, and the emotions associated with that experience - the anger, the fear, the sorrow, the guilt, the regret, the sadness, the hate, the jealously - over time, those emotions create blockages within the natural flow of internal energy.
If left unattended, this blocked energy can, in time, create illnesses and disease within the body.
The emotions that one is feeling in their present day life - e.g., anger or guilt or hate, those are merely symptoms of a deeper issue. That "issue" is the negative experience that one had gone through at some point in their life.
Flower essences work at unblocking one's blocked internal energy. As this happens, memories begin to surface, more raw feelings come to the surface.
In time, and staying with this internal healing and facing the past, the deeper issues dissolve away and the natural flow of internal energy is restored. Yay!
How to take your Flower Essence
Shake the bottle to activate the energy of the flower before using. You can add 4 drops from your dosage bottle to 1/8 cup of water then drink. Or administer the drops under your tongue. You can do this 4 times a day for up to 3 weeks.
What to expect when taking Flower Essence
It's different for everybody. Some people have dreams regarding a time in their life where they had experienced some kind of emotional trauma.
After a week or two of taking the essences, memories that were buried began to come to the surface for them.
In time, they began feeling a deeper sense of understanding of what they had gone through and was then able to begin their journey of healing.
This can lead to a lot of crying and or feelings of anger, as well as other emotions, as memories begin to surface and you work through them.
